9:00 am - Opening Ceremonies, introductions
* Self-pair, 9x9, and friendly games will be available all day.
9:30 am - Play starts - all divisions A-H and Youth tournament
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm - Lunch provided (May overlap some games)
1:00 pm - 9x9 draw posted. (players must register by 12:15pm)
1:30 pm - Open Section round 2
3:30 pm - Simultaneous Pro games
9:30 pm - Go Festival closes for day
Saturday, Sept 2 - EJCA Centre
8:30 am - Doors open
* Self-pair, 9x9, and friendly games will be available all day.
9:00 am - Play Starts - Round 3 in A division, Divisions B-H continue as required.
10:00 am Game commentary by Pro
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm - Lunch provided (May overlap some games)
1:00 pm - Open Section round 4
1:30 pm - Lightning Tournaments begins for all eligible players. Players may continue to register until registration closing time is announced. (See announcement board)
4:30 pm - CGA general meeting/elections followed by CGA executive meeting. All paid up CGA members encouraged to attend and vote.
9:30 pm - Go Festival closes for day
Sunday, Sept 3 - Shaw Centre
8:30 am - Doors open
* Self-pair and friendly games will be available all day.
9:00 am - Play Starts - Round 5 in A division, Divisions B-H continue as required. Double elimination finals. 9x9 finals begin.
10:00 am - Simultaneous Pro games
1:00 pm - Open A division Round 6
6:00 pm - Deadline for recording self-pairing games
6:30 pm - Banquet followed by game commentary by professional.
Monday, Sept 4 -EJCA Centre
8:30 am - Doors open
9:00 am - Pairs Tournament begins. Players may continue to register until the registration closing time is announced. See announcement board for details.
10:00 am Simultaneous Pro games and/or game commentaries.
* Playoffs for division A if required.
10:45 am - Pairs Tournament, round 2
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm - Lunch provided (May overlap some games)
1:00 pm - Pairs tournament, round 3
3:00 pm - Closing ceremonies, thanks to Pros and volunteers and attendees, awards.
