Positions and Duties
President:
Presides over 6 meetings, one every two months, 3'rd Tuesday of month.
- Sets the agenda and distributes it by email.
- Keeps order at the meeting and prevents discussions from wandering.
- Does not vote unless there is a tie.
Vice President:
- Attends meetings
- Runs meeting in absence of the president.
Treasurer::
-Presents a financial statement clearly showing previous balance, summary of transactions since the previous meeting and final balance
- Pays all bills.
- Reimburses other executive for expenses.
- Makes deposits.
Secretary::
- Takes minutes and distributes them within 2 days from meeting.
- Keeps records of meetings and financial reports (minutes are now posted on the website)
Membership:
- Maintains a database of members, ranks, emails, and expiry dates.
- Collects memberships and passes money to treasurer.
Other Positions:
League Manager - Runs Leagues
Ratings Officer - Collects game results and processes them weekly.
