Motion: Terry (in absence) - That the Sabaki Go Club decline to host the 2006 Canadian Open. His reasons for this motion - CGA declined to grant the $800 requested as a mandatory condition. They did send a cheque for $500 however. Furthermore, it appears the president of the CGA did communicate our terms to the CGA executive as they were stated.

Seconded - none. The president Luke was not happy with the motion as considerable time has lapsed and Chuck suggested that the motion be tabled until there is a consensus among the tournament committee members (Luke, Terry and Chris Hammond-Thrasher). It was agreed. The results will be posted as soon as available.

Motion: Chuck: - That Sabaki approve the purchase of more electronic clocks and books for sale as required.

Note: The club now owns 13 electronic clocks and about 10 mechanical clocks.
